Online Sale Policy:
All online Purchases have a 3 day return policy
All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use or missing tags may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
If upon receiving your online order you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery of the order (this includes weekends/holidays ) requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will be rejected.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping
To return an item follow these steps:
Submit a return request by emailing info@jarviscouture.com or call 903-385-4985 Once the request is approved or denied, You will be emailed a confirmation with the return address
Place your item back in the bag or box with your original packing slip or invoice. all original tags MUST be attached
Your return must be Shipped within 3 days of requesting your return authorization number. Items not in transit within 3 days of return request approval will be rejected.
Your refund will be processed 5-10 after the item is received and approved at our store
